Delete your FairShare account

You can delete your account and data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open FairShare and go to Account.
2. Optional: tap Download my data first to keep a copy.
3. Tap Delete account, then Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email privacy@evenoars.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my FairShare account". We may ask you to confirm the request, and we delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your email address, sign-in details, display name and income.
• If your partner still has an account, the shared household history (expenses, bills, settlements) stays with them, no longer linked to your name, because it is their record too.
• If you were the last member, the whole household and everything in it is deleted.

Backups of the database may keep copies for a short time before they are overwritten. See the privacy policy for details.
